We endeavor to ship every order placed before 3PM EST the same day they are placed. All orders ship out of our warehouse in Lisbon, New Hampshire via UPS or, for certain locations, via USPS.
Please note that, if you would like to ship to a PO BOX address, you must select our 'Flat Rate Ground' shipping option.

Unless otherwise stated on our homepage (we do occasionally run extra shipping promotions!), we offer FREE ground shipping on all orders over $48 within the Continental US. Orders under $48 ship for only $3.95.
Orders placed in locations outside of the Continental US (including APOs/FPOs/DPOs, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands) are charged a reduced rate flat shipping fee of $22 per order. Unfortunately, discounted shipping is not available for addresses in Canada.
All other shipping rates, including expedited shipping and shipping to Canada, are calculated based on the actual cost to ship your order. This will be calculated for you at checkout.

Orders begin processing the same day that they are placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. We offer same day shipping if your order is placed before 3pm EST during the week (pending availability and credit verification). Your account will be charged when your item(s) ships and you will be contacted if additional information is required for credit verification. Orders submitted after 3PM EST or over the weekend will not ship until the following business day.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number. Simply visit www.ups.com to track your package. If you cannot find your tracking number, please contact us and we’ll send it to you. For certain addresses, you may be issued with a USPS tracking number.
If you have any special requirements or comments regarding your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to fulfill your request.
Customs Fees, Taxes and Duties for International Shipments

Please be aware that, if your order is shipped to Canada or anywhere else outside of the US, you may be charged additional customs fees, taxes or duties by your local government and /or postal service. These charges are associated with the import of an item into another country and are assessed by the customs department of your home country. They are completely outside of our control and White Mountain Footwear may not predict, influence, or be held accountable for these charges.
If you do not wish to pay the additional fees associated with your order, you may refuse the package and it will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that packages can take several weeks to be returned to us. You will be refunded for the order but please bear in mind that return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Initial shipping fees are also non-refundable.

If your package is lost, please reach out directly to the shipping vendor, United Parcel Service, via telephone at 1-800-PICK-UPS (800-742-5877) or online via www.ups.com. Please have your tracking # ready so that the courier may work with you to ensure the successful delivery of your package.
If your package cannot be recovered, please contact us with full details of your order and we will be happy to assist you.
